I produce wheel thrown, porcelain tableware designed to ‘invite use’. My aim has been to produce work which gives pleasure to the user, and contains an element of treasured preciousness. I have been inspired by Japanese tea ware aesthetics and principles and combined these with contemporary practices to produce unique objects.
